Social intrapreneur, n.m.

Someone who works inside major companies and develop a strategic project which has social/environmental impacts. Someone who goes beyond the threshold of its job, and takes the lead on a project, with a social entrepreneur state of mind. Someone who takes risks in order to push a project and makes it successful.

Social intrapraneurship today

I strongly believe social intrapreneurs are the future of companies, they are pioneers who fight to reshape companies and make them become more sustainable. Social intrapreneurs exist within companies. However, they often do not fight for their projects because they feel their company would not support their initiative. These people must be inspired. They must realize that other intrapreneurs have been confronted to the same issues and managed to create what they believed in within their companies.
